Relationship Team

The Relationship Team knocks on the doors of different government agencies to market your company while you are focusing on your business. Success in the government sector rests heavily on relationships with government agencies. This team has already established many key relationships in the government sector and will also create the necessary relationships to achieve success.

Research Team

The Research Team helps find opportunities (Pre-Solicitation/Sources Sought/RFP/RFQ) through extensive inquiries into agencies’ forecasts/budgets and multiple opportunity databases. Your firm will also gain access into our vast database of opportunities through our daily Bid Matching Services. The Research Team will use facts, information, data, government trends, and opportunities to provide the best directions and steps which your firm must take in the government arena.

Proposal Team

The Proposal Team helps you scrub the RFP/RFQ, manage the proposal process, assist in the proposal writing, and perform a final review of the proposal to make ensure that the proposal speaks government language.

Compliance Team

The Compliance Team overseas your management of an awarded contract and provides guidance on compliance issues which may arise. This team could make certain recommendations for your firm to execute; such as, your accounting system and accounting software, DCAA audit readiness, costing methodologies, quality assurance plans, and small business programs for set-aside goal requirements.
